Our client, the largest marketer of LPG across Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a proactive **Scheduler** to join their high-performing operations team based in **Hamilton, CBD**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Schedule LPG deliveries efficiently to meet customer demand and optimise delivery routes
Collaborate with drivers, customer service representatives, and logistics teams
Monitor and adjust delivery schedules in real time to maintain service levels
Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures

**About You:**

Strong organisational and time management skills
Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or a similar operations role
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Comfortable using scheduling or ERP software systems

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Previous customer service experience, ideally in the utilities or energy sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Familiarity with customer management systems is advantageous
Strong negotiation skills and a professional, solution-focused attitude
