About the Role
As a Sales & Service Technician, you'll work with customers across a variety of industries, providing hydraulic hose repairs, breakdown support, and fluid power solutions. You'll build strong customer relationships while developing the technical and commercial skills required to grow within the Hydraulink network.
Your responsibilities will include: Hydraulic hose assembly, repairs, and replacement
Mobile breakdown response and onsite service workIdentifying and supplying hydraulic hoses, fittings, and fluid power components
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Workshop-based service and repair work
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
Participating in occasional after-hours breakdown support
About You
You are someone who: Has strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
Enjoys working independently and managing your own workloadTakes pride in delivering excellent customer service
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
Is motivated to learn and grow within the business
Holds a current Full Class 1 Driver Licence
Experience in hydraulics, automotive, engineering, mechanical trades, or industrial servicing is an advantage, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
