We're a fast-paced, tight-knit crew that takes pride in delivering deliciosa comida and great vibes to every customer that walks through Willis Lane.
The Role
We're on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on Restaurant Team Member to help keep the kitchen running smoothly. This is an all-rounder position — no two shifts are the same, and you'll be jumping in wherever the action is.
Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Taking customer orders face to faceFood preparation and cooking
Restocking ingredients and supplies
Dishwashing and kitchen clean-up
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Opening and/or closing duties as required
General front-of-house and back-of-house support
ScheduleWednesday to Sunday. Weekday shifts start from 4:00 PM onwards, with Saturday and Sunday availability required.
What We're Looking For:
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desiredReliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Awareness of food safety and hygiene practices
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Spanish language skills are a big plus — ¡pero no te preocupes if not!
Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand (visa or residency)
