As the first point of contact at our main reception, you'll provide a warm welcome and outstanding customer service to patients, whānau, and visitors.You'll also play a vital behind-the-scenes role, delivering timely and accurate administrative support across several departments, including:the Maternity Wardthe Takaro WardDistrict Nursingother clinical and non-clinical areas as needed.This is a dynamic position that offers variety and the chance to expand your knowledge across multiple services within the hospital.View position description.About the Team/Service/LocationAt Ōamaru Hospital, our administration team plays a vital role in supporting patient recovery and the overall delivery of care.

In this position, you'll contribute meaningfully by providing accurate, efficient, and timely administrative support.
