We are launching an innovative Early Supported Discharge (ESD) service, and we're looking for dedicated Allied Health Clinicians to join our team at Palmerston North Hospital from the ground up!
This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand- new service, designed to support patients in transitioning from hospital to home.
As part of our dynamic ESD team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will be vital in enhancing patient recovery through early discharge and home-based rehabilitation.We are looking to fill multiple positions with both full time and part time options available!
