No two days will be the same, and that's exactly how you like it.
What We're Looking For:
- A Registered Electrician or EWRB Registered Engineer (industrial background preferred — sorry, no domestic switchboard warriors here)
- Strong verbal communication skills — if you can chat with engineers, operators, and managers without breaking into a sweat, you’ll do well
- Good computer literacy (spreadsheets won't bite)
- A valid NZ Driver Licence
- NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa
- Experience in industrial installations, fault finding, or machine safety applications (a.k.a. you know your way around big, noisy, complicated things)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A CMSE or TUV Machine Safety qualification (or you're keen to earn one — training support is available)
- CAD or Eplan design experience
- An automation background
- Performing machine safety risk assessments (because "just hope for the best" isn’t a strategy)
- Designing and implementing clever, compliant machine safety solutions
- Overseeing installations with complex timelines — herding projects like a seasoned professional
- Troubleshooting and repairing machine safety systems with surgical precision
- Working alongside engineers, customers, and project teams to keep machines — and people — safe and productive
