Operational Services Manager

As Operation Services Manager, you'll guide the coordination of logistics operations, support key systems integration projects, and foster strong, collaborative relationships with vendors and stakeholders. **What you'll be doing**- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of ground transport services including parking, public transport interfaces, rental cars, taxis, rideshare, and shuttle operations.
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of logistics and transport management systems, making sure real-time tracking, analysis, and reporting tools are used to their full potential.
- Build trusted, collaborative relationships across the organisationspecifically with transport and logistics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, elevate customer experience, and strengthen safety and compliance across operations.
- Support commercial objectives through revenue monitoring, reducing leakage, and contributing to budgets, business cases, and long-term planning.
- Ensure all regulatory, environmental, safety, and privacy obligations are met.
- Mentor and guide a direct report, offering direction, encouragement, and opportunities for professional growth.
