As an Industrial Cleaner – Sawmill Preventative Maintenance Specialist, your role is essential to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient sawmill environment through preventative maintenance cleaning, strong systems, and high standards.

AS THE INDUSTRIAL CLEANER YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE (BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO):

• Completing industrial cleaning and preventative maintenance cleaning tasks on-site
• Following SOPs, checklists, and site safety procedures every shift
• Wearing PPE correctly and working safely at all times
• Communicating clearly with your Team Leader or Supervisor
• Reporting hazards, issues, delays or anything unsafe immediately

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

• Full NZ driver license + reliable transport
• Physically capable of hands-on industrial work
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends when required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistency
• Safety-focused mindset and willingness to follow strict site procedures

Please note: The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and will be subject to ongoing random drug and alcohol testing in line with our Health & Safety plan.

NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL):

• Industrial cleaning experience
• Forklift license and/or WTR endorsement
• Experience in sawmills, factories, or industrial environments
