We are a local appliance repair business that offers high-quality services for a variety of household appliances. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team in New Plymouth and help us provide exceptional service to our clients.
This is a part time opportunity working Monday to Friday, school hours with the flexibility to cover staff leave and sickness as needed.
You will be responsible for:- Answering phone calls and emails from customers and scheduling appointments
- Providing quotes and invoices for appliance repair services
- Coordinating with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer information, service orders, and payments
- Handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or appliance repair
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Knowledge of appliance repair terminology and procedures or mechanical aptitude would be a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A friendly and positive attitude
