What You’ll Be Doing- Assisting with daily civil construction tasks
- Trenching, digging, preparing sites, and general labouring
- Supporting drainage crews and machine operators
- Learning new skills every day while working alongside experienced mentors
- Helping keep the site safe, tidy, and running smoothly
- Must have 1+ Year Experience in Civil Construction Environment
- Strong work ethic & positive attitude
- Physically fit and able to handle hands-on tasks
- Keen to learn new skills or grow into machine operating roles
- Reliable transport to get to site
- Preferable have Full License or WTR Endorsement
- Full hands-on training provided
- Opportunity to grow into Drainage, Operator, or Site Works roles
